ARTIST BIO

Mads Golitz (they/them) is a printmaker and educator living in the Midwest. They hold a BA in Studio Arts from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Mads has worked with Highpoint as an Education Intern and is currently the Education Programs Assistant. They have taught several youth and adult workshops of various printmaking techniques. They encourage exploration and experimentation in their students' work as well as their own. Their practice is currently focused on symbolic imagery using lithography and monotype techniques.
